Someone who drinks water? Hey, thats me! Franken is a smart guy who obviously spends a lot of time actually working. While I like the way Franken used his ten minutes, most of the dribble from day 1 of these confirmation hearings have been pointless, mindless, soulless, narcissistic blabber. Being productive is definitely not their purpose.

I absolutely love Senator Al Franken. Here’s a man who tells it like it is. If only we had more true public servants like this in the Senate. Our country would be a far richer place.

I’d like to see Al on the ticket in 2012. I have to admit that I am shocked to find out what a competent and hard working person he is. He’s good enough, smart enough, and gosh darn it, worth it ;)
